Toyota Sequoia 3in Body Lift
AFTER SEARCHING THE INTERNET TO THE NEAR VERY END I DECIDED TO LIFT MY 2002 TOYOTA SEQUOIA LIMITED. I WANTED TO INSTALL THE BILSTEIN 5100 BUT THEY ARE ON BACK ORDER SO I USED THE PROCOMP STRUT SPACER AND OME EMU REAR SPRING FOR A 3 IN LIFT ALL THE WAY AROUND. I STILL WANTED TO GO HIGHER SO I DECIDED TO MAKE MY OWN 3 INCH BODY LIFT. I WILL BE PUTTING TOGETHER SOME BODY LIFT KITS IN THE NEXT MONTH IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED. A LOT OF PEOPLE SAY THESE ARE GROCERY GETTERS OR MALL RIGS. IM GOING TO TRY TO MAKE THIS A NICE RIG. I WANTED TO BUILD A VEHICLE THAT ARE NOT MODIFIED A LOT. I DONT WANT IT TO LOOK LIKE A SOCCER MOM TRUCK. SHOOT ME A EMAIL IF YOU LIKE.

Howzit from Hawaii…. I like the look of the extra clearance on ur sequoia…I just had my 02 aligned after I installed new front end bjs , rack bushings, and tie rods. I put rancho loaded quicklifts up front and spacer and boosters with new shocks to level the back…I would like to change out my body mounts, higher if possible…my ride suffers from worn mounts…will do engine and and tran mounts soon..let me know if u selling body liftkits with detailed instructions…thx bren…

Diggin it! I agree these can look pretty tough. I’ve got a 3″ lift with 33s on mine and it looks much better! Did you need any steering or shifting extensions? Definitely interested in a body lift if your putting one together.
Yes I extended the steering shaft and also the shifters. It was really no big deal.

Just came across this. We have a silver 02 Sequoia 4wd here in Petaluma. We have the Bilstein 5100 with a 2in shock lift on the front to level it out. Curious about a lift kit. We’d love to get a little bit more height overall.
HEY SORRY FOR THE LATE RESPONSE
SURE
I have a friend that wants me to lift his ’06, so I am wondering if you have any of the body lift kits available. For the suspension, I think we are going to go with the Toytec Boss kit. I’m a big OME fan, but am not sure what is involved to make OME parts work since this Sequoia has the rear air suspension. If you could email me and let me know, that would be GREAT!! Cruiserfanatic@gmail.com
I am still interested in a list for mine as well! Let me know if you are doing them anymore and how much 🙂
I’m interested in the BL. Are you selling the kit?
Thanks
Hey,
I have a 2003 trd edition Sequoia and was wondering how you installed the light bar, how big it is, where you purchased it, and any other helpful tips.
Thanks,
